Copyright & Takedown Policy
How rights owners can report content and how creators can respond.
1. Reporting infringement
Use the Support form and select Copyright / takedown. Identify the protected work, provide the exact Unlid campaign URL, describe the allegedly infringing material, explain your authority to act, and provide your name and contact details.
2. Good-faith statement
State that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent, or law, and that the information in your notice is accurate. False or abusive notices may lead to account restrictions or legal consequences.
3. Review and action
We may request more information, temporarily restrict access, notify the creator, preserve relevant records, or remove content. Urgency, clarity, ownership evidence, applicable law, and risk of harm inform our response.
4. Creator response
A creator who believes content was removed by mistake may submit a response through Support with the campaign URL, evidence of permission or ownership, and an explanation. Restoration is not guaranteed and may depend on the rights holder, applicable law, and platform risk.
